New season - How to create a new "Filled" league using data from last season

When you are creating a new league after having used League Manager for at least one previous league, you can create a new league using settings and players from a previous league. Once you create the league, you can add new players, delete or change golfer status to substitute for those players not returning, move player around to different teams, etc.
