Can League Manager do USGA® or RCGA® Handicapping?

Does League Manager do Official USGA® handicapping?

No. GolfSoftware is not affiliated with the USGA® or RCGA® and we do not use their proprietary methodologies. Our league software does handicapping, but it's designed to do handicapping within the concept of running a golf league. Most leagues only post scores shot within the league to affect league handicaps, points, stats, etc. They do not want scores posted that were shot outside the league to affect league stats.
