In the Main Menu, under Event select '1. Pre-Play' and then Manage.
In the next screen, check the box at the top of the column on the left.
An envelop icon will appear, Click on the envelop to go to the email function.
The email template will appear. You can add to the email &/or click Send.
(The data fields in the brackets will be personalized in each email.)
