# How to renew subscription

The best time to renew your subscription to Club Manager (Handicap System, Tournament Manager and Website Designer) is once you're inside the 60-day window leading up to your renewal/expiration date. For example, if your renewal/expiration date is March 15, 2023, you will enter the 60-day window on January 13, 2023. The payment window will look like Figure 1.

### Making renewal payment

1. Go to your \_\_\_\_\_\_.golfclub.net website and sign in as an administrator.
2. Click the Administer button.
3. Click the Account icon.
4. Click the "Overview / Purchase" link.
5. Enter the number of golfers for the upcoming subscription period (see arrow in Figure 2 below).

6\.  Once you enter the number of golfers, click on "Pay with Credit or Debit Card" button or "Pay with   Check" button.

7. Follow the payment prompts.

### Verify your payment

Once you have made your payment, you can go back to the payment page and click on the button at the bottom labeled, "See payment history..."
